I Wasn't Made To Work

So, on January 1st I began the Monday through Friday 7:30-4:30 routine of being a working girl. I was working about the same number of hours before but I was waitressing half the time and working my office job the other half. Now that I'm full time in the office, my days can sometimes feel like I'm straight out of Office Space.....can anyone relate?
"Yeah, I just stare at my desk, but it looks like I'm working. I do that for probably another hour after lunch too, I'd say in a given week I probably only do about fifteen minutes of real, actual, work"
I'm great as long as I have enough to do, but as soon as my inbox is empty, time slows and my days drag. I meaninglessly surf the web trying to find something that will entertain me for long enough to pass an hour or so and then it's on to the next thing. Am I the only one in this boat?

Oh, and Lumbergh seriously reminds me of my boss. He walks from desk to desk with his coffee cup in hand(no joke) and distracts all of his employees from doing their work by telling us stories of the good ol' days, often repeating the same stories with a little more elaboration. Luckily there aren't any TPS reports.

What if - and believe me this is hypothetical - but what if you were offered some kind of a stock option equity sharing program. Would that do anything for you?
